  • Location: Must be a resident within Gauteng
  • Property Ownership: Must be the registered title deed owner of the property (or appointed executor)
  • Requirements: You must have sufficient backyard space to build at least 4 bachelor units 
  • Contribution: Must be able to contribute a minimum equity (usually 3% to 20% depending on cash flows)

Once the project is deemed viable, we:

Construction & Project Completion
